Patek Philippe high-end watch manufacturers, F.P. Journe and Kari Voutilainen are not new to the game Only Watch, and their Only Watch 2015 voices will probably be the stars of the show. Basically, a Patek Philippe always steals the event with wild prices for their unique piece models. For Only Watch 2013 (the most recent event), the Patek Philippe 5004T in titanium went for almost 3,000,000 euros. This year's Patek voice is a 5016 steel end-of-line version. According to Patek Philippe, the 5016 stopped being built in 2011, but for Only Watch 2015, a steel version known as 5016A-010 with a blue dial and strap is made as a unique model. Even as a steel model, this perpetual watch with repetition of calendar minutes in its tiny 36.8 mm wide case will easily require more than $ 1,000,000. Steel is a very rare metal when it comes to Patek Philippe "Grand Complication" watches.

For this model only one piece, F.P. Journe essentially combined the Chronometre Bleu and the Tourbillon Souverain into a new model. That said, the dial is probably more specular on this F.P. Journe Tourbillon Souverain Bleu (compared to the Chronometre Bleu). This is probably a stunning model in person, given the complexity of the movement along with the contrast between the case of fake Panerai tantalum and the 18-carat pink gold made by F.P. Journe Movement.
Blue is once again one of the main features of Kari Voutilainen's Only Watch 2015 competitor - a unique version of the Voutilainen GMT-6 with a Grand Feu enamel center on the dial in a 39 mm wide 18k white gold case.
